Tuesday Morning on Minerva

I had to pleasure of waking up for my watch this morning with the smell of bacon on the go. It is a beautiful morning with flat seas and just 10kts of wind.

We have our No.1 headsail up at the moment and are sitting at a fairly continuous 8-9kts boat speed. We can see two boats on the horizon and are pulling out all stops to catch them.

It has definitely been the best sailing we have had yet and I cant stop myself from smiling.

As i write we have just under 340miles left to go, and from our latest weather update we are due some stronger wind early Tuesday, so much to look forward to.
